FACTS Management is your trusted partner in simplifying school management and student information systems. FACTS Management provides online tuition and financial aid support, while Family Portal (formerly Renweb) is your source for academic reports, ordering cafeteria lunches, and invoicing for supplemental expenses such as the after school program.  (District Code SM-NC)

My Hot Lunchbox

My Hot Lunchbox is a school lunch service that offers a variety of delicious meals prepared by local restaurants, seamlessly integrated into the Monday - Wednesday lunch period.

School Supplies

Lower school students will receive a comprehensive school supply list.  Middle school students should speak with their teachers to know what supplies are needed.

Uniform Policy

Please refer to the Uniform Policy.  Uniforms are required for attendance. Uniforms can be ordered, or families can purchase gently used uniforms from the Uniform Closet.  To purchase from the Closet, contact Mrs. Linn in the front office for times.

School Advisory Council

The St. Mary School Advisory Council is comprised of members of the parish, community, neighborhood, and parents.  The Committee meets monthly to discuss active issues and strategically collaborate efforts to mutually benefit the school, parish, and community.
